Life can get insanely busy I totally get it! I forget upcoming things all the dang time when I am in a busy spell. Because of this we want to send you a friendly payment deduction reminder email a few days before the payment is due.
We do this for two reasons 1: Just as a courtesy and 2. Now’s the time to start getting excited because your dog will have their healthy, sustainable treats in their hot little paws so soon!
Customers can cancel their dogs subscription at anytime before their next order, via their convenient online portal access, no minimum cancellation period required. Customers can access their online portal by selecting Log In at the top of the website page, enter your details (or create a new account). In your portal you can see your next payment date, transaction history and you can pause/skip your next box (if you are going on holidays for example).
