Our treats are handmade using high quality ingredients sourced directly from local farmers and businesses, organic or spray free where possible and are purposely selected and inspired by our pooch Neala.

All of our recipes have been consulted with a qualified canine nutritionist. 

Contains carrot, olive oil, oyster mushroom, lions mane mushroom, carob, almond butter, turmeric, sunflower seeds, almond meal, chickpea flour.

  • Olive oil is beautiful for dogs - packed full of antioxidants, vitamin E, omega 3 + 6 fatty acids plus mono-unsaturated fats. Perfect for skin and cardiovascular health.
  • Carob is naturally healthy, especially the pods. It is low in fat and high in fibre, antioxidants, protein, vitamins A, D, B as well as calcium, magnesium, iron and potassium.
  • Carrot adds a bit of sweetness, good source of fibre and vitamin A.
  • Oyster mushroom is like your everyday mushroom. It contains fibre, protein, vitamin D, selenium (antioxidant) and omega 3 fatty acids. They also create a rich, meaty flavour. It is safe for most dogs to consume.
  • Lion's Mane mushroom is a type of medicinal mushroom - improves and protects brain + nerve function, anti-cancer properties, supports gut + immune health, anti-bacterial benefits and improves heart health.
  • Pesticide free almond butter is not just delicious, it also contains Vitamin E for strong, healthy muscles and healthy circulatory and immune systems.
  • Pesticide free almond meal is gluten free, high in healthy fats and contains fairly good amounts of magnesium (a mineral which supports in muscle regeneration and organ health), Vitamin E and riboflavin.
  • Organic chickpea flour packs a punch when it comes to being delicious and nutritious. It is gluten free, an excellent protein source, high in fibre for digestion, and contains many other essential minerals and vitamins.
  • Sunflower seeds are tiny but loaded with nutrients. They are a great source of Vitamin E, iron, copper, omega-3 fatty acids, fibre and essential minerals that benefit your dog’s skin and coat.

     

    We recommend storing in a cool and dark place and treats should be gobbled up within 2-3 months.

    Our labels/stickers are printed using organic based non-toxic inks on a combination of 100% recycled and non-chlorine bleached paper. *Pop me in the compost*

    Our clear packaging is certified home compostable within 30 days. It is made from cellulose derived from renewable wood pulp. Pop me in the compost.
    Tip: Cut or rip me into smaller pieces to aid breakdown.

     

    Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of your order being placed and typically our courier takes 1-5 business days to deliver your order, depending on where you are located in Australia.

    Fantastic for my allergy riddled Ridgeback!

    While on holiday on the Fleurieu Peninsula last month, I came across Bone Appetit Barkery products. I bought some as the ingredients listed on the packs were sensational and importantly not on my dogs long list of allergies. When we arrived home both our dogs really loved them so we quickly went online and ordered more in various flavours. Delivery was so quick too which was great!     Absolutely the best for my dog Joe, easy to break smaller and l know they are healthy. Home made love them when teaching him to be a good boy. Well worth the money and best as made locally, definitely on my shopping list.
